Students in Culinary Arts and Occupations learn about recipe and menu planning, getting ready and cooking foods, supervising and coaching kitchen assistants, the mangaement of meals supplies and kitchen resources, aesthetics of meals presentation, and mastery of a wide variety of cuisines and culinary methods.
